Full-time employees (30+ hrs / wk)

Medical, Dental, and Prescription Insurance
Regular full-time and part-time employees normally scheduled to work at least 30 hours a week are eligible to purchase single, employee and one dependent, or family medical, dental and prescription coverage at the cost-shared rate at the time of hire. The coverage will become effective on the first of the month following 90 days of employment.

Life/Long Term Disability Insurance

Paid by the Diocese of Charleston.
Life insurance up to $10,000.

Supplemental Life Insurance
Employees can purchase supplemental life insurance for themselves, their spouse, and children at discounted group rates.

Vision Insurance

Employees can purchase voluntary vision insurance for themselves, their spouse, and children at discounted group rates.

403(b) Retirement Plan

The Diocese of Charleston matches 5% of the employee's pay after 12 months of employment if the employee contributes at least 3% of his/her pay. Employee may start contributing immediately with no employer match for the first 12 months.

Paid leave

Vacation accrual - 5 days during first year of employment, 10 days at 2 years, 15 days at 5 years. Sick leave - 12 days a year

Holidays
Up to 20 paid holidays per year which include a number of Catholic holy days.

Part-time employees (20+ hrs / wk)
