In November 2002 the diocese established the position Mission Advancement Coordinator (MAC).  The Mission Advancement Coordinator is a diocesan development resource to assure the financial viability of existing schools and future schools.  The MAC will support the schools in their efforts to promote academic excellence rooted in Gospel values.  As a system-wide resource, the MAC will work with schools to enhance their fundraising efforts especially in the areas of school development, grants, corporate giving, and marketing.  The Coordinator will advise, consult, counsel, guide and inspire school administrators, boards members, faculty, parents, and volunteers in their fundraising activities.
